Speaking of not risking you safety… this window washer got stuck 20 floors up as this huge thunderstorm rolled in. I called 911 after I noticed him and within 2 minutes FDNY was on scene. Wildly fast response time! Thankfully, he started to repel again just after I hung up. Dude’s ok.
