Finally got around to release a tiny pipeline together with Susanne Jodoin: github.com/qbic-pipelin... It takes VEP-annotated VCFs, filters them, and converts them to MAF format. Tested with @nf-co.re /sarek generated VCF files.

The nf-core hackathon is back! Join us Mon 18th - Wed 20th March 2024 for 3 days of Nextflow and fun! In 2023 we supported local sites for the first time. With almost 20 volunteers organizing local sites around the world, they were a massive success.
