live nation is actively killing publications that cover new artists while also promoting festivals that almost exclusively cater to nostalgia and legacy acts. these problems are not unrelated.

It is so far beyond infuriating and depressing that a moment in history that could and should have brought literally everyone closer together just pushed (and continues to push) everyone further apart.

Went to see Universal Soldier in the theater with a group of friends in ’92. We knew it was gonna suck on its own merits, but when the title screen popped up it looked like this. Kinda set the tone for the rest of the experience, which was so bad it was almost good?
