Checking in on construction at the podcasting villa. The building is fine, your average 18th century Brunelleschi ripoff. Plasterers come next week to finish the formal areas. Nobody told us that we would have to move the building 18’ to get in on center with the formal gardens, but oh well.

I put on Back To School (1986) last night. It was clearly written by Dangerfield to indulge in his own deeply personal fantasy character, but the message of the film is beautifully wholesome: personal success means little unless one embraces a good education and the betterment of the next generation
