Since 2014: The Better Together lies have been exposed. The broken promises have been laid bare. “The Vow” has proved to be nothing more than empty words. Scotland must now have a second referendum on independence. Otherwise, Westminster’s version of democracy is built on lies.

The UK-USA medicines deal obliges the NHS to pay much higher prices for new medicines. This is “one of Brexit’s hidden costs”. EU countries negotiated collectively with the USA, with much greater leverage. Britain negotiated alone with no clout and lost out. ukandeu.ac.uk/the-uk-us-me...

With nothing much beyond “both votes SNP” and the largely meaningless manifesto pledge of an indyref2, there’s been very little to advance the cause of independence since 2014. That’s 12 years of what feels like little more than faux politics and going through the motions. Something has to change.

I never said there was. One good point made was that he pointed oot the feck up/Complicity of the UK Government in sending so many Refugees/Assylum Seekers to Glasgow then pulling funding/Accomodation if their claim was turned doon contributing to the homelessness which cost G Council £27M

The programme gave a platform to the far right & allowed them to 'justify' their masking up/extremism. The makers were either niave or complicit for cheap clicks. At times some important points were touched upon but not elaborated upon because l don't think it suited their agenda 🙄

While Burnham's announcement that disabled people's bus passes in England will be valid 24 hours a day from April next year is to be welcomed, it would have been nice for the UK media to acknowledge that 60+ and disabled bus passes in Scotland have been valid 24 hours a day for years now.
