Phone Coop have really excellent customer service. The queue time on their phone lines is never longer than about 10 seconds in my experience too. I would recommend changing your internet service provider away from the big ones.

I've just read the strategic outline case for mass rapid transit between Birmingham City Centre and Longbridge. 📑 £1.2bn for trams 🚊, £551m for very light rail 🚈 or £113m for bus rapid transit 🚏. The route would be via Smithfield, Pershore Rd to Edgbaston, then across to A38 through to Longbridge.

It turns out that the Bristol’s infrastructure & public services, from bridges to bin collections, are designed for a different climate to the one the last few days have given us a taste of. Climate adaptation is not an issue for the future, it is urgently needed today.
