whenever I go out somewhere I tell these two bozos where I'm going and that I'll be back, oh, so soon. it usually works. you have to make sure to loop your dogs in on stuff like that. honest communication is important in a relationship like that

(Elapsed time, maybe 12 minutes.)
Not surprised but still utterly exhausted from "having workers in the house" 3 days this week. Didn't matter in the least that they were cheerful and worked fast and got great results, I feel like I'm a phone at 1%

Watching CONAN THE BARBARIAN and remembered that Oliver Stone's original script changed the setting to some kind of post-apocalyptic distant future. That was obviously changed when Milius rewrote it but I'm curious whst other movies did the "looks sword and sorcery, actually post apocalyptic" setup.
