You'd have to read to the thirteenth paragraph to discover the pull quote for the title was from Marcus Siding, a 23-year-old Swedish man living in Sweden that wanted to become a cop, but his ADHD diagnosis at the age of 12 barred him by law from becoming a Swedish cop Seems relevant

This is an aside, but I know several of us with ADHD who *do* rely on it to function, not in like a capitalist productivity sense, (b/c we're disabled and either unable to work or freelancing) the ADHD meds are *lifechanging* for the ability to pace + rest with other chronic illnesses

My MRI came back clear!* Suuuuuch a huge relief. Looking more and more like there’s some issue going on with vitamin b1 — treatable and reversible, though can take a few months🤞 (*the exact word they used to describe my brain was “unremarkable” 😭💀)

I started taking benfotiamine and within four days my balance got better, my gait went back to near-normal and I regained some power in my limbs... trying not to get too excited as it could be a massive coincidence. And it's not done anything for my muscles going into spasm. But IMAGINE!!
