I am confident that almost everyone who faced valid evidence of committing war crimes was punished in Germany or extradited to the country where he committed the crimes provided such country was able to guarantee fair process.

A ground robot evacuated a 77 year old Ukrainian lady from Lyman. Her home of 53 years was destroyed by Russians.
