Nearly a year since Amtrak launched NextGen Acela. Have any of the #PaxEx issues improved or been resolved? Nope! The gap fillers now don’t deploy. The exterior door displays are either off or entirely wrong. The interior displays still show generic stuff. Still no self-service cafe car checkout.

Greetings from NextGen Acela 2190, where I’m really disappointed with @amtrak.com. None of the digital signage is working, not even the external train number display. Interior displays still don’t display anything useful. No Café Acela self-checkout. Broken bathrooms and doors. C’mon, Amtrak! 😤🤬
