Yesterday, 12 countries announced their commitment to a full arms embargo on the Israeli government. The resolution comes out of an emergency summit in Bogota where the Hague Group gathered to coordinate legal and diplomatic action to counter the “climate of impunity” for Israeli war crimes.

got a real lesson in the political economy/climate justice of trees while canvassing in the crazy heat (ZOHRAN#1, NO CUOMO). Wealthier blocks have trees & shade & are bearable. The poorer the block the fewer the trees, the more brutal the heat. it must be a difference of 10-20 degrees
