The Strait of Hormuz is not the only load-bearing instance of US power backstopping modern economies.

Half the time this story gets pushed from "anonymous sources" the Iranian *Army* releases footage showing that it was them, not the IRGC, that launched the relevant strikes
Here we go again. It's a disconnect between the ~IRGC~ and the Politicals, not a calculated decision to exert pressure on the US during negotiations while the US attempts to maintain the blockade dispute being increasingly at a military disadvantage.

The attack directly violates the mutual pause, as Tehran had previously agreed to halt operations as long as the U.S. maintained its halt on airstrikes.
I do wonder how much the failure of nuclear is due to environmental activism vs being outcompeted on cost by, well, everything.
