Heard a splash from downstairs and Emma came tearing up soaking wet. Entire basement is flooded 💀

We had a tornado warning so the dog herded me and Emma into the basement. Emma got up in the tiny basement window and then fell in a weird way. She seems to be okay but gave me a heart attack. Then on my way back up the stairs, the dog wouldn't stay out from under my feet and nearly tripped me.
