I played a single Hobbit pre release today. I made an elfball deck and all of my opponents made a goblin army deck, with some fun stuff like that mythic Smaug tossed in for good measure. Got stomped, had fun!

Saw The Odyssey. Liked it more than I expected. The sound balance was really bad in a few spots, uncomfortably loud. I did have a migraine yesterday so that might've been why. Nolan either finally learned to direct action sequences better or hired a good fight choreographer and cinematographer.

I'm so cranky the previous gold standard for cintiq pen ergo grips disappeared overnight a few months ago. I needed a new one so I bought a few pen grips meant for adults with arthritis and sliced them to fit, it's 'ok' but not great. Keeps popping off. Just annoyed! I can't even find them used!
