I’m 8 months post TKR revision and about to hit a 200 day streak on Peloton. Started Peloton personal training 3 months ago and have consistently been doing 3-4 hours of strength training per week. Feeling stronger than ever these days!!

Debating removing my port and j tube. I still do IV antibiotics once or twice a year but might just prefer a picc vs replacing this port. Never use my j tube anymore just said I’d never get rid of it since it was so painful to get but I’m almost 8 years post transplant and so healthy now….

It’s amazing how every time I leave the US my GI problems are significantly improved.
A little more than 3 months out from TKR revision. Super proud that I’ve been active 55 days in a row on Peloton doing strength classes. Considering hopping back on the bike again!
For the first time since being on Peloton I’ve successfully completed crush your core and I’m feeling very proud of myself!
Made it through another year without any inpatient hospital stays! So grateful to my donor for my incredible health 💜
POD 17 from my knee replacement revision and fuck this is a hard recovery. Definitely making progress but it feels so slow and I’m so restless.

The reason why I'm so angry has a lot to do with the lives that will be lost — people are absolutely going to die as a direct result of Senate Democrats folding on health care. It also has a lot to do with the suffering that was endured — people were struggling to get by without food assistance. 🧵
Having a TKR revision surgery in a few weeks and really in my feelings about it tonight. In good news, I’ve become active using Peloton strength again!
