kinda funny how the official position of the united states supreme court is "l'etat, c'est trump" with a "except for roth iras" clause

it's so wild to be approaching law school when the cutting edge of constitutional rulings is "the president is all powerful and no laws may bind him." I guess I'll keep in mind the Supreme Court decided to overturn the American Revolution, since they prefer some older traditions
