I draw myself a lot not only because it gives me an excuse to try new styles, but it also helps me form a sense of self. Something I am in desperate need of right now.
Looking at artists I love and feeling a mix of "I need to draw now to get better!" And "why bother I'll never be that good." Both of these are equally strong and it ends up with me working, just veeeeery slowly
I draw one picture roughly every 3 months and this is the most productive I have ever been
