Where I really disagree is the Political claim that opposition to Atlanta's Beltline Rail is rooted in concern for poor people. That ignores the Atlanta Way alliance with capital. It's the same rich carbrain NIMBYs who oppose traffic calming and land use reform, who also block Beltline Rail.
