Ok here's where I'm at: I've managed to get the parts needed to do a non weld repair after my neighbor helped me cut out the rusted bolts. I used my renewal money to get everything needed, and the repair is finished. Now I just need $147 for the renewal (inspections, tags, etc) gofund.me/7d1c78e67
