This might be the last year for Lloyd Center Mall. There’s a plan for what’s next, but a community that’s grown in the mall isn’t happy with it or the process of deciding the building’s future. The city’s Design Commission is expected to deliver a decision March 5 on elements within the plan.

what’s happened to lloyd center recently is one of the coolest things i’ve ever seen, no big brand names, just locals selling their weird wares, pokémon card trading and art markets me and my friends were even thinking of renting a space there a while ago, would’ve been nice to be a part of it

Been meeting up at the lloyd with friends semi regularly once a week for a couple years now and its always one of the highlights of my week I love the lloyd its one of the only 3rd spaces left around here where u can just go and hang out
