Wrote something new for the first time in forever about the best thing that 2026 design has done for Limited. Will have more about what lessons can be learned about the first sets of the year soon, but the highlight deserves a chance to shine first. armlx.blogspot.com/2026/09/2026...

The Cataclysm Arcade TCG Kickstarter launches today - I can finally reveal these two pieces I painted for the game! Not only will they reproduced as printed versions, the game is offering an opportunity to open redemption certificates for the originals out of a booster! 🤯
It may not be tier 1, but this deck brings me so much joy. #RIWHOBBIES @fireshoes.bsky.social @riwhobbies.bsky.social
The new game from @bdm.bsky.social is called Cataclysm Arcade and it looks awesome! BDM is the Magic Historian, and has gathered a team to form Mothership Games! Cataclysm Arcade is unique in that every booster pack comes Ready to Play a Game! Their Kickstarter starts soon.

I don't often post draft decks, but this one was one of the most savage turn 3 decks I have ever drafted. #riwhobbies @riwhobbies.bsky.social @kyleboggemes.bsky.social
riwhobbies.com/preparing-to... I'm shifting my focus to Pauper because RIW's 5k Invitational in December is great value with just 16 players to qualify. Eight major events to get me there. I did a Pauper writeup to prepare. Shares appreciated! #RIW

Back in February, I was looking at some of the new Magic cards in Aetherdrift. I saw Whir of Invention and said, “oh, who did that? Brian Chippendale?" Who is Brian Chippendale? 📽️: youtu.be/8S47ac9mKmc

Started dabbling with @bdm.bsky.social's Cataclysm Arcade after the promo sets arrived today from @cardtitan.bsky.social. Very cool flavor, simple but complex decision trees. Friend of mine captured the essence real well with this classic The Watchman panel.
For anyone who missed out on picking up the Limited Edition intro bundle, which contains four packs and four additional foil cards. at PAX Unplugged there are still some copies left to order at Card Titan. www.cardtitan.com/catalog/cata...

Brian David-Marshall (Top8Games)@bdm.bsky.social · 11mo agoWe made a thing and they wrote about it on Polygon! Very excited to have this out in the world. I have been dying for a playable out of a pack TCG for about as long as these games have existed and my team really nailed it. www.polygon.com/cataclysm-ar...
If you left a deck at my meet and greet, it has been given to the production team. Reposts appreciated for visibility, as this was a deck that simply cannot be replaced.
Noticed a subtle templating change to have pronouns in the abilities in a handful of Spider-Man cards. Also on Scarlet Spider.
Definitely have that brewing itch flowing. Serum Powder/Cosmogoyf/Slime Against Humanity ftw. Decklist in ALT #riwhobbies @riwhobbies.bsky.social @fireshoes.bsky.social
