The first coat on Mistico’s figure. It depends on the piece for the order in which I do the foreground and the background, but knowing the explosion would be visually intense I did it first so that I could best balance the foreground.

The first coat on Mistico’s figure. It depends on the piece for the order in which I do the foreground and the background, but knowing the explosion would be visually intense I did it first so that I could best balance the foreground.

As a GI Joe kid, I’m a fan of an explosion in a background. So I’m going for it here!

After 5 years with my therapist I finally told her a story that made her say, “What the fuck…” I’ve gotten her to sit up and yell, “WHAT?!?” twice but getting a Hello Darkness My Old Friend moment was new.
