New paper published today with Adam Brunke and Louri Klemann-Junior: Two new species of Nordus and new illustrated key for the genus. Paper is here bioone.org/journals/the... Rather proud of the keys we produced, inspired by Steve Marshall's work.
Starting the revision of Phanolinus; here are the specimens from FMNH. More trips on the works for London, Berlin and Vienna to borrow specimens.
Got a pair of forceps for a car repair (long story) that are almost good to use as insect forceps. They are plastic and now I am wondering if we can 3D print them.

I have very similar experiences, except the Nobel prize bit, and such feelings of sadness and dread. “I looked to this country as a beacon all those years ago, and I made the affirmative decision to create a life for myself here.”
I’m a Nobel Prize-winning immigrant. I can no longer recognize this country.
Attacks on science and immigrants are destroying America.
