So many sneering elitist journalists with snarky posts over the past months that the Reflecting Pool story was trivial. It was so trivial that the DC US Attny presented false evidence to a grand jury to indict an innocent man to please the President while they both lied about it.

I think that “don’t say stuff that will get all the transsexuals in trouble” would be reasonable advice but for the fact that anytime one of us becomes the main character is usually for pretty innocuous, unpredictable stuff.

The one trick these people have is taking something that we’re already doing or have tried and was a miserable failure and proposing it like it’s both a brand new idea and a clear-cut solution that we can’t implement because of “the groups” or campus protesters or feckless leaders or whatever.

I've been consistently on the record saying reasonable requirements like HRT for 1-2 years for competitive play is fine. But the average cis person online cannot process that trans women who have medically transitioned are different biologically than cis men.
