Today I log off after 7+ years at Microsoft, honored and privileged to have worked with some truly amazing people. 🧡💚💙💛 I join Kiewit on August 17, and Clippy will accompany me to my new workspace. 📎 I’m excited for the next stop on my career journey and appreciate everyone who’s been part of it!
I take back all the bad things I’ve ever said about Comic Sans. Use all the Comic Sans you want. Just please STOP 👏 USING 👏 AI 👏 TO 👏 MAKE 👏 FLYERS*

If the meeting is scheduled for 8:05, do not start it at 7:58. I will not be party to your 7 minutes of awkward silence and/or mindless chit-chat. #RespectTheCalendar #ThankYouForComingToMyTEDTalk

Our statement on the UK gov't's demand that all content on all devices sold or used in the UK be scanned, on the presumption of nudity, using a dystopian combination of age verification & content scanning. This proposal will not safeguard children. It endangers us all. signal.org/blog/pdfs/20...

The White House is ordering agencies to place its new app on all employees’ government phones
The newly created, often overtly political app places the Trump administration into unprecedented and “dangerous” territory, IT experts say.

I see the issue. When we said we would replace human workers with machines you assumed the machines would work. That's on you
Old man rant: If I’m still required to have physical proof of insurance for my car, the company I’m paying over $1200/year should have to give me physical cards. I should not have to do an arts & crafts project to print and cut them out.
James Talarico: I frankly am tired of the "thoughts and prayers" rhetoric from our leaders here in Texas and in our nation's capital. I believe in the power of prayer. But there is something profoundly cynical about asking God to solve a problem that we're not willing to solve ourselves.
“direct your anger at trump not the democrats” buddy you are severely underestimating the amount of anger i have available to me

First World Problem: Since Southwest changed from open seating to assigned seats, no need to set an alarm for 24 hours before to check in, right? Not exactly. Now it’s 48 hours to pick an extra leg room seat, if available, for free (cardholder & A-List perk). Gee, thanks for making that better. 😔

My mom is the only reason I’m on The View. She’s a fighter — she showed me how to stand up to the bullies. That's what I've done in the Texas Legislature, and that's exactly what I’ll do in the U.S. Senate.
So lemme get this straight: an elected official can do cool stuff for their constituents while being genuinely excited to tell them about it?! Sign 👏 me 👏 up 👏 More of this please!
It’s your city, from the sidewalk to the skyline. The David Dinkins Municipal Building’s rooftop is open & free to everyone, starting this June.

These guys are so clearly terrified. Spooked by their own wrongdoing. Alarmed that it’s all being recorded and disseminated before they can rewrite the story. Each bystander has a billion eyes, a billion ears. This is not what they signed up for. The recruitment propaganda promised glory, power, and
