This guy never served. He faked an injury to avoid the draft. None of his children have served. He called those who did serve their country "suckers and losers." He skipped the centenary memorial for servicemen who died in WWI because it was drizzling. This is more than usually repellent.

Trump AI slop post showing him on the battlefield in a general's uniform flanked by bad AI versions of Patton and MacArthur

They're probably hoping you won't hear about this. But tomorrow in TX, Tarrant County officials meet to vote on a GOP plan to cut almost HALF of Election Day voting locations, plus 8 early voting locations, some of them on campuses. Not hard to guess why. fortworthreport.org/2026/07/30/t...

Tarrant County considers cutting 140 Election Day polling sites for November

County commissioners vote Aug. 4 on proposed reductions to the number of early voting and day-of sites for the midterms.

As I've said before: What high-paying long-term jobs do they pretend exist here? A data center isn't a place where execs come and do Big Deals. Go to the server room at your workplace; are there lots of rich people in there spending money?

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com · 7d ago

Hassett: "Data centers are very good for towns bc they create so many jobs & bring people in with high incomes that can buy houses & stuff like that. So if you take a sleepy town that hasn't seen much in the last 30 years & put a data center there, there are gonna be a bunch of happy residents."

Trump's declassified election intelligence pretty clearly shows that China *could have,* but didn't, meddle in the 2020 election to help Biden win. But that Russia *did* meddle to help Trump win.

Table showing that Russia and Iran targeted and manipulated election processes, but that China took "preliminary or preparatory steps, with or without specific intent."

Intelligence dated August 19, 2020CIA memo: "However, we assess at this
time China probably judges the risk of being caught interfering in the US election outweighs any
potential gains."

Here's the moment when Mark Warner chastised Tony Dokoupil and CBS News for airing a portion of Trump's election conspiracy speech live "as news as opposed to a rehash of falsehoods." Dokoupil, meanwhile, said they were providing context and analysis and pushback by having Warner on to discuss.

Ossoff: "Here's what's going to happen tonight: the world's most famous sore loser will deliver a prime-time presidential sour grapes address to pursue his 6-year-old grievances about the 2020 election, while his war in the Middle East spirals out of control & the cost of living continues to rise.."

“The vehicle attempted to flee the scene and, fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon.” Fleeing. The vehicle was driving away. That’s murder. A legal resident of the United States is now dead. The threat to public safety is ICE. It must be eliminated.

Homeland Security: On July 13, 2026, at approximately 7:00 AM ET, ICE was conducting targeted surveillance on the last known address of an illegal alien with a final order of removal. An illegal alien departed the residence in a vehicle. ICE law enforcement attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. The vehicle attempted to flee the scene and, fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon.

The driver of the vehicle was struck, and emergency services were immediately contacted. He passed away from his injuries.

The Biddeford Police Department and FBI responded to the scene. DHS OIG has been notified and like all discharge of firearms this will be investigated. This is a developing situation, and we will update the public when more information is available.

We cannot accept the reckless use of deadly force by federal agents as normal. There is a pattern of this administration misleading the public and withholding key facts after these killings.

Wilson: I guarantee you there are 10 reporters in D.C. right now who know exactly what Mitch McConnell’s medical status is. They’re not reporting it.  If I’m Beshear, brother, just declare the election. And if they want to prove that Mitch McConnell is alive and well, go do it.

If Mitch McConnell is NOT brain dead, it would be easy to prove. If he’s competent and consents—or if his wife acts on his behalf—HIPAA allows the hospital to release his medical information to the public or the media. Legally and ethically, hospitals are expected to provide accurate information.

Amber Tamblyn claims that at age 16, she and a friend were approached by James Woods at a diner. She says he invited them to Las Vegas, and after she disclosed her age, he allegedly replied, “Even better.” Now Woods has locked his account. Truly the sign of an innocent man.

Three witnesses were in the van with Lorenzo Salgado Araujo Per their attorney: no ramming, no danger to agents & no reasonable basis to open fire Unreasonable force opens these agents to liability This is becoming another national outrage & it should be👇 -TN

🚨🚨 So ICE removed all Lorenzo Salgado Araujo's personal effects--wallet, phone, etc--after shooting him before they put him in an ambulance. Is that normal law enforcement practice? Or does it suggest a coverup or attempt to manage information was underway from the beginning?

Acyn@acyn.bsky.social · 4w ago

Juan Proaño on the killing of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo: The family is demanding the release of Lorenzo’s body. It has been complicated because they removed all of his personal identifying information before they put him in the ambulance. That required the hospital to admit him as a John Doe.
