Roy - LS work at UN is to clear the internationally recognised (& Westminster-free) legal path for Scots to use to exert their sovereign right to self-determination (if they choose to). Once this is done, all Scots will be asked for their democratic view on Scotland's future.

Roy - ScotGov only needs support of Green MSPs to use its pro-indy majority at Holyrood to implement measures to prepare the path to indy. Given that future Scottish statehood needs international recognition, opening a dialogue at the UN should be near top of their 'to do' list

As far as I am aware, @snp.org is a committed NATO member. The nuclear weapons in Scotland are the UK's, not Scotland's. So, for me, logically Scotland could not join a nuclear alliance. Rather it could provide a geographical location for NATO in the North Sea.

If they really know Scotland's history I'd love to know how they can subscribe to the idea that Scotland isn't a colony. It also begs the question - how are they going to react when the UN outcome is known? Would they ignore it, refuse to accept it, or what? What's the Green's approach to SALVO?

I’ve argued with Sheppard & Cherry on branch meetings & online with Nicholson & Wishart who collectively vigorously defend England against any suggestion Scotland is a colony. We need the ones who believe it is a fact Scotland is a colony to step forward and raise their voices. They must exist!

Really important to clarify that Liberation Scotland and our sister organisation Salvo have NOTHING TO DO with either Liberate or the Alliance to Liberate Scotland - these latter being a political organisation who stood candidates in the recent Scottish election. Salvo / LS is non-party political.

Its first foreign policy in three centuries is being actively conducted now; from Geneva, from Vienna, from New York; and elsewhere; by its liberation movement, Liberation Scotland, through the UN record documented in our work in in these pages.
