So... I had quite a bad injury just over a week ago and had a concussion. Since then my ability to visualise has vanished. I have complete aphantasia and it's making me so so miserable. Does anyone have any tips for treating acquired aphantasia?

I'll likely have a drink again in the future, but it'll never be to the extent it used to be :') The thought of getting absolutely hammered does not do it for me anymore 🤢
