twitch is seriously pissing me off with how condescending they are talking to entire adults making yearly income on their platform like we're 12 year olds not understanding how society works as an excuse to implement their godawful change nobody is happy about except the ai crowd desperate for a win
note that even if you opt your channel out, your chat messages will still be used to train twitch/amazon's generative AI models if you chat in someone's stream who hasn't opted out. my advice is to be annoying about asking. any streamer who's opted out will be glad to tell you so.

had a dream a few nights ago there was a speedrunner just named "twocigarettes" whose thing was that he always had two lit cigs in his mouth while doing runs. we let him on the gdq stage and told him the cigs couldn't be lit so he did a full run of call of duty 4 with two unlit cigs in his mouth

Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this. I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.
