I’ve played so much Skyrim, so here’s my early game tip: Just play the game. Whatever “mistakes“ you make will be way more fun than following someone’s YouTube “getting started“ tutorial.

Actually this is good I was worried I might have to play Fortnite someday when Brian Quest 64 gets added, now I don't have to. And it takes a lot of future pressure and FOMO off my plate for games like Phantom Blade etc.. Epic won't get another cent of retail sales from me

I think self reliance is a thing we need to be teaching and encouraging. That doesn’t mean we don’t use tools or resources to help us. It’s just we aren’t designed to keep knowledge and skills sharp if we don’t use them, and fully delegating to something else is how we lose / don’t gain those.
