default/v0 stellzstack (rust http server wrapped around postgres) maybe about to get wildly better? I love this. maybe we can even improve the rust-based postgres extension structure, though it's not bad now
I am tired of Apple engineers telling me to “please file feedback.” So I built RelatoKit: a CLI for agents to prepare clean Feedback Assistant reports, categorize them, attach evidence, fill the native app in the background, and submit them! github.com/rryam/Relat...

[bowling alone voice] the real sign of how truly "bowling alone" our society has become is that we're getting these paeans to the most ephemeral and commercial of transactions, like "talking to a cashier" or "getting annoyed by a taxi driver" and not anything approaching actual community

Donald Trump has lost nearly 10% of voters—almost 20% of his support—since his election last year. He’s done so largely because he’s pursued the policies he ran on, and most people hate them. Who is at fault for voters not understanding what he ran on? I’d say the press is largely culpable.
I guarantee that anyone who survived a Dem primary would have lost the general election, because in the end the problem was the utterly poisoned information space that, for example, convinced Trump voters that he would be *so good* for the economy despite promising to *crash it*, repeatedly.
Inflation plus Biden not dropping out / Dems not forcing him out in time for a primary, basically.
I need to write the whole piece about this, but the thing to understand is that the NYT is now just Facebook. The platform dictates narrative to normies, is totally gamed by the right, and is still so ubiquitous as to be unavoidable even by those who see how broken it is. It's just Facebook.
