Also I understand this is awful for many reasons but this interface has me low-key saying RETVRN. (You cannot imagine how many legal tech websites I look at every day that look all the same by which I mean beige and blue and skinny serif fonts. blah)

VDARE is named for Virginia Dare, who was the first white child born in N. America. But she was born in...the colony of Roanoke. The white people there fucked themselves over by being dicks to locals and either died out or joined them, so it never understood naming a white supremacist org after her

The reliance on AAU and the Yale/Vanderbilt reports shows that the administration (or at least McMahon) still cares about the imprimatur of academic support for policies most academics oppose. They are also pushing this now because they know such policies won't be tenable in 2028.

from the presidents of Vanderbilt and Washington University, a committee of leading scholars
documented the politicization of the humanities and humanistic social sciences.

I think what pisses me off most about the constant Dem fundraising spam is what a BUMMER all the openers are. "This is bad news, Gwen," "we're in trouble, Gwen" Yeah well no wonder, everything I get from you is about how you're fucked and no one gets excited about sinking ships
