If meds to fall asleep and get a good night's rest with feeling refreshed after existed then we would know of it already and that person would be a billionaire. Body is so complex that we just don't fully know how sleep works or what part specifically helps.

If you call and do not leave a voice mail or a text, it wasn't that important. "Hey it is "X" call me back asap" takes less than 5 seconds. We don't trust anything anymore. It isn't your fault it is the way the world works.
