All of this suggests the crude market is tightening rapidly because China has stopped relying on strategic draws. Much more impt than the US SPR if it sustains.
i think about this deeply. every other EV is canceled. we can’t have chinese ones. it’s too hard to get at-home solar panels deployed en masse. EV charging infrastructure is still a mess. also, the economy is in shambles so buying a car of any type is expensive and terrifying

This has been my experience. It costs only 1/5 in my area when charging at home, and 1/2 as much on fast chargers (road trips). On average 1/4 and that is just on fuel. $3800 saved in fuel in the first year.

Quiet, zippy, and 1/4 to 1/3rd the cost to run as a gas vehicle. Zero maintenance- just tires & windshield washer fluid. We drive 2 EVs, power by solar on the garage.

Carney’s agenda has currently set him on a path to trample on rights, destroy ecosystems and retreat in the fight against climate change. He wants this to be seen through a lens of doing what’s necessary to unite the country in the face of U.S. aggression — but who is left out of that vision?

I created a Discord-like space using ATProto Spaces!! While there are still some aspects where I’m unsure if the technical implementation is quite right, I feel that the potential of the AT Protocol is expanding significantly.
there is a sample app that you can test spaces with and it feels like a 90s-era web site (complimentary)

Very very useful in helping me rebuild my own mental model for how all this will work, and how "non-public" info can work in an "atmospheric" way... (I know most people following me will ignore this, but it's super important for where atproto is going, and hopefully, where the open web is going).
