I was watching the new Nostalgia Critic video and... that's clearly AI generated, right?

A lot of doomerism, woe is me, hopelessness happening on the TL lately. Mostly from white accounts on Bluesky. Says a lot about the way they handle stuff Black people have had to deal with for centuries. Blacksky otoh is messy, joyous, jokes, hard history, sexy times, and community support.

I'm starting to notice a rise in performative hatred of films, TV shows, musicians, and novels where people obsess over things and have to moralize their dislike of something. It's not enough to dislike Star Wars or that Hazbin show. They have to represent EVERYTHING wrong with art. Like ok?

There was also the chance that had the lawsuit continued all the way up to the US Supreme Court, they could have struck various provisions of the Clayton Act down, if not the whole thing (overruling it). That would have resulted in mergers being that much harder to stop, if not impossible.
