If you have nsfw set to "hide" I implore you to set it to "warn". You still won't see anything except for a blurred post Otherwise once they roll out account-wide adult content labeling a whole lot of people including me are going to disappear from your timelines, even our sfw text posts

Labeling entire accounts “adult” and hiding them, no matter what they are posting, will inevitably suppress vast amounts non-explicit political speech around sex work and censorship. The accounts most likely to speak out about over moderation are the ones first to experience it — the whistleblowers

Kickstarter officially banning adult content now. Knew this was coming, but it still sucks to have yet another part of the internet that I've been explicitly evicted from. Digital gentrification is exhausting.

It's weird to obsess over what people choose to do with their own bodies, it's weird to want to control what books they read or what art they look at because they might be getting off on it, it's weird to want to differentiate between erotic and artistic nudity. IT'S WEIRD.

I think a big fandom shift in interacting with stuff has gone from people commenting under the created thing whether it be fic or art to people linking it in private discord groups where the person who made it will never see any positive comments left on the thing they made.
