If AI vanished tomorrow, my job becomes easier. I no longer need to try and shoehorn it into everything, I no longer have to use AI as a step one, then afterwards I do the job myself from step one regardless.

Found this gate in York. It had a standard lock, plus a padlock and a chain holding it shut. It was very very securely closed. The only thing on the other side is a blank wall. The only conclusion I can make is that this is a magic portal to hell.

Did my semi-annual Rocksmith request site update and I think the site is as complete as it could be. Login via twitch, song requests, live playlist, priority token based on follows, etc. Looks like I've got no reason not to start streaming again. Fuck..

"Why can't they produce Doctor Who anymore? Bang a season out every year?" Because no one can produce shows like that anymore! Thanks to the streamers, sci-fi/fantasy TV drama got blown up into something completely unsustainable, and yes, too self-involved. It's not just a Doctor Who problem.

If i invented the teleporter from Star Trek, I'd design it so it doesn't teleport dirt. Clothes get dirty? Quick teleport and they're good as new. Someone needs to get O'Brien on this.

Yes Sainsbury's, a 10 pack of gluten free tortillas and a 6 pack of flour tortillas are comparable products. I wouldn't even have minded, but the GF ones I ordered (to go with the pack I already had) are small and the flour ones are large. Makes it hard to plan a group dinner.
