I caveat the following with “I have never been to the Europe and obviously can’t speak to any specifics” but - unmonitored active flames, inside or out, seems like a very irresponsible idea as a general rule? Let’s maybe not leave lit candles anywhere there isn’t appropriate monitoring in place?
