I dont think there is much new to add to the rapprochement&alignment between Ankara and Ocalan. A process that essentially revolves around the PKK's disarmament and dissolution. Ankara has been since from the beginning transparent about what it understands from this process.

Because law is in today's Turkey an instrument of control and domination, a legal framework outlining the steps of PKK's decommissioning could be easily ruptured when PKK and Kurdish actors that surround it do not comply with all the desired goals of the mighty.

I do not know what trajectory Özgür Özel's new party will set for Turkey. Too early to tell. What I know is that the fact the 67 per cent of the CHP MPs joined it - knowing that they will highly likely face repression - is a strong democratic defence of political representation.
