Nicky@haystackgirl.bsky.social · 5mo agoThat is very ungracious considering the amount of Labour voters who will have given their votes to The Greens to keep Reform out. Tactical voting worked at the GE. It also worked at Gorton & Denton. If you go down this path you’ll find Labour voters less likely to lend their votes.
The Green victory in Denton is the result which will have the biggest effect on Labour, far more so than a Reform win. The blithe assumption progressives have nowhere else to go has been proved catastrophically wrong. Can’t help thinking of this quote from a Labour minister, a year ago…
