Okay genuine question, why do people like Octo Expansion so much? Everyone glazes it but I’ve never really understood it. Like half the levels are boring or downright bad, almost all the bosses are just ripped from S2’s main campaign, all it really has is the escape sequence tbh.

one thing I was worried with Splatoon becoming a larger franchise is that they'd start being less experimental and quirky with the music, so I'm really happy that for their first single player game they just doubled down on the weirdness lol

Agreed about the praise for Raiders I've been seeing. The gameplay loop is so fun. Widgets are so interesting. Makes me think what could also be brought over to the multiplayer side as well.

Watched the Odyssey. Masterpiece of a movie HOWEVER I can't stand how directors these days just completely ignore the source material. I was waiting the ENTIRE length of the 3 HOUR movie to see my favorite creature. They got the one eye dude, the mermaids, Whirlpool, cliff thing, BUT NO CAPPY???

Just beat Splatoon Raiders and that ending has me legitimately considering it a top 5 game, honestly maybe even top 2 I don’t think it has topped Ōkami for me, but it is a very very close second
