Since Mamdani's election, it's become painfully clear establishment Democrats would rather lose to Republicans than let socialists and/or social democrats win.
Funny how "vote blue no matter who" and "harm reduction" never seem to apply to progressive and/or socialist candidates.
It’s childish to have an opinion or plans or think things or have stances. Mature adults modulate their opinions to court a person they imagine exists in a place they won’t deign to visit.
Five corporations control 90% of the US media market. Airlines merged from 12 major carriers in 1980 to 4 today. Four giants control 80% of meat processing. The evidence of corporate consolidation is everywhere. It means more power for them and less freedom for you.
Forcing people to pay for diapers and menstrual care products doesn't make any sense, but on capitalism it does.
The oppressors will ALWAYS be worse than the people they oppress!
Meanwhile, we can't even put a convicted felon in jail!

This makes sense when you understand what kind of person Musk is. People like him don't see others as humans. In his mind, the only world worth keeping is one where everyone conforms to his desires. If the world is slightly different from what he wants, he will destroy it all!

The Democrats need to learn how to play the long game like Republicans. The Democrats will try something once and then give up on it forever if it fails.

The reversal of the Supreme Court’s previous “separate but equal” decision highlights how it’s possible to overcome bad SCOTUS decisions. But it took years of activism from brave people to get there. Keep fighting.
