I do love writing more lore for ffxiv because of course the moon worshipping clan I have revered both Menphina and its hound so they named a kid after the lesser moon, Resulting in an Elezen man in his late 50s going "I go by Dave" because Dalamideaux is a conversation nobody wants. (or Mideaux)

I knew the day would come where I'd outlive some of my friends, by virtue of being young in comparison to some... I never knew the day would come so soon. And it feels so foreign and awful.
Tapas getting the plug pulled sucks because that means that the last bastion of a bunch of old webcomic stuff will only be confined to Webtoon which I can no longer access in any way because they told me I'm shit out of luck.
Another reminder to please just make your own website for your webcomic. Also this sucks, Tapas had it's problems, but the editors over there were really passionate about their jobs.

I've had people who can't afford to support monetarily be the reason paying clients find me just through word of mouth alone. My next customer might not see my post, but they might see your repost of my work or comms.

People claim they can’t support artists and creators because they are financially strapped, but they can still boost posts, comment, like, and in general just be supportive! It’s completely free outside of an internet connection ;)
