Isso é um desentendimento comum do "nohello"... o que se tenta melhorar não é evitar perguntar se tá tudo bem, etc, mas sim de *junto com o "tudo bem?"* já ir para o assunto... assim a pessoa já pode ver a mensagem, responder ao "tudo bem" e já começar a conversa. Não é "não pode mandar bom dia".
