I think there's a lot of climate and energy people in Australia who'll laugh this off as impossible but the tech economy is not logical and renewables being cheap does not shave a single joule of enthusiasm for tech's seething desperation for fossil fuels right now.

Tried to start watching #Carrie. Got about 3/4 of the way through the first episode but gave up. The tone, the acting, the script, all fine, but the music makes it unwatchable. I am clearly not the target market!

America is in that part of the historical cycle where words and books are banned but executions are good clean entertainment and everyone is pretending not to notice the national leader eating his own poo. If only history offered a guide for where this all leads.
