I've known this for a while and Im earnestly curious as to why they do this. It's such a big corporate production, having to film dozens of takes for every moment because there's no plan and spending a bunch of time essentially assembling the story in editing cannot save money right?

I get people have headcanons for how Samus should look etc and that's fine but when they change so much that I genuinely do not recognize the character is supposed to be Samus it makes me scratch my head a bit like why not just make an OC at that point 🤨
