OK, small point here, but it’s almost certain he meant “parameters of a deal,” but he can’t spell and is very dumb, so he used “perimeters of a deal” and news orgs are just running with it like that’s a perfectly normal thing to say, which it absolutely is not. That’s not a thing anybody says.

When my wife did chemo and radiation, she would go outside once or twice a day and shed the hair as it all fell out. Today, seven months later, we just found a nest a bird (likely a wren) made out of her hair.

This reminds me of a painting made by Aleksandr Deyneka, a Soviet realist painter. It was made in 1943, at the height of World War Two. It depicts a German pilot falling to his death, out of a downed plane. Though it depicts Soviet victory, it doesn't revel in death. War is hell. It's a crime.

Per this reporting from the NYTimes, it appears that 4 military personnel were killed over the last week. 3 in Jordan killed during Iranian missile strikes (one was the previously missing soldier) and one in Iraq who was killed by shrapnel during the “controlled” detonation of an Iranian drone.
