As I kept saying before he took over all the "we have no idea what he wants to do" comment was so weird. Few incoming PMs have had a clearer set of priorities.

polanski thing might have lost momentum but dangerous aspect about it for labour is that in a short period of time it has brought forward people who could cause damage as leaders if left of labour coalition felt unhappy (hannah spencer, rachel millward, councillors in the cities)
having a technical route and giving it parity with academic route for those who take it is good as long as everyone also gets taught a lot of the only two real subjects: maths and history
