If the attraction to getting a smartwatch by Google or Samsung is that I can make calls from my wrist, get biometric data, and use their ai assistant, I'll pass, thanks. My old Fitbit shows me email titles, text messages, bsky and telegram notifications, tracks steps and my heart rate, sleep, too!
Woke up early and in pain from my left hip, which sucks, because the right one is the one that took so much of the damage from my run in with sepsis when I was just a kit, and carries the worst of my arthritis by far.

I've been winding down taking some of the meds because I'm hoping that when I get a new physician we can discuss these things. I appreciate the fact that I have a sex drive, but I'm afraid that my husband is going to assume I'm just bored and horny. I don't know to share these feelings. I suck.
This goes both ways, though. Sooner or later, it hurts when no-one reminds you that you matter to them, and it starts to darken the impulse to reach out-becomes easier to just fall into loneliness. I'm fighting that one RN, so if I'm distant or I'm not reminding you, please forgive me. I am trying.

We had an absolutely lovely dinner out with a friend this evening, and it reminds me that A)I really enjoy socializing, B)I need to be more proactive about asking friends out, but C)I need to remember that I'm not everyone's' flavor of company and to not take it personally when I'm not invited out.
