I was pondering how Batman got his name when he has basically no links to bats at all. Apparently it's cos he wanted to frighten criminals and was scared of bats as a kid? By that rationale I could be Wasp Man. I'm an annoyance to many and have ruined multiple picnics.

I'm inexplicably still watching the golf-based Will Ferrell comedy The Hawk. Anyway, in episode 9 some friends give a confused (albeit annoying) man with clear mental health problems a dose of magic mushrooms. In real life, don't ever do this, please.
Just watched that film Roofman. The first half was good but the second half it really went downhill. The critics slated it.

Hollywood news. The movie adaptation of A Confederacy Of Dunces has been cancelled because of Ozempic. "There are no fat actors left" bemoans top casting director.
Obviously it's not as good as Curbs but I'm enjoying Larry David's new series on hbo max. It's a sketch show so it's hit and miss. And yes he's mostly crowbarring in his Larry-ness mixed with some political satire. But it hits enough for me to laugh out loud a lot.
